Many of us have pains, fears, negative thoughts or attitudes that we know could not have originated in our childhood.

Often, the cause can be found in a much larger story from a past life that is simmering just below the surface.

So in Regression Therapy, we follow your current symptoms back to their source or cause whether it is this life or a past life and we encourage the story to unfold — as if it's important.

Our goal is to experience what happened — focusing in particular on the defeats.  Out of these defeats, come the negative belief systems from the past that may be affecting your life today.  For example, if you were tried, condemned and hung during the Spanish Inquisition for speaking your truth, you may find it difficult to speak up in a stressful situation today.

Discovering what occurred allows us to uncover the blocked energy that needs to be set free.  For only when we know what happened can you let go of what's being held within you.

So we release these stuck patterns — bringing about forgiveness, acceptance, understanding and compassion — the true goals of therapy.

Whether or not you believe in past lives does not matter.  What's important is that past-life regression can help you quickly resolve or heal all kinds of problems.
